Jeremy is the founder and owner of What’s Your SQ, a company focused on helping organizations identify their key strategic questions and develop methods to answer them. His work focuses on organizational culture through strategic planning and implementation of data analytics, creating an innovation-friendly culture, and multi-generational leadership, as well as anti-fraud training through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Prior to founding What’s Your SQ, Jeremy helped launch and lead the Big Data & Analytics practice for a national accounting firm, after more than a decade in the firm’s forensics division. He led a multi-disciplinary, and geographically diverse, team of professionals dedicated to leveraging emerging technology to solve client’s challenges, including the prevention and detection of fraud.

At the University of Denver, Steve teaches a course entitled "Strategic Financial Leadership" which combines his research and real-world consulting experience to prepare and transform emerging leaders of the future. Gregg Schoppman, FMI

Principal and Florida Consulting Manager
As a principal with FMI, Gregg specializes in the areas of productivity and project management. He also leads FMI’s project management consulting practice and the consulting management group of FMI’s Florida office. Prior to joining FMI, Gregg served as a senior project manager for a general contracting firm in central Florida. He has completed complex and sophisticated construction projects in the several different niches and geographic markets. He has also worked as a construction manager and managed direct labor. Furthermore, Gregg has expertise in numerous contract delivery methods.

Gregg was named one of the Top 25 Consultants of 2014 by Consulting Magazine, receiving the highest number of nominations for that year’s recipient group. Additionally, he was a two-time finalist for the Association of Management Consulting Firms award for “Change Management” in 2012 and 2013. Gregg has been a guest speaker for the ABC, AGC, IFMA, DBIA, NECA and CFMA. He has been the Gulf Coast Director of the Design Build Institute of America function and regularly speaks to students in the civil engineering graduate school program at the University of Florida.

He has industry experience as a construction project executive, corporate director of planning, design and construction for a healthcare system, founder and managing partner of a risk management tech startup company and as a valued business consultant.

Jay has directly led the planning, design and construction of over $500 million dollars of commercial development. Additionally he has an extensive background in SaaS technology, supply chain management and operational logistics. Jay’s leadership in business consulting has improved the strategy, operations and services of Fortune 500 companies, software providers, construction project owners, general contractors and trade contractors. Some of Jay’s past work includes corporate strategy and visioning, supply chain optimization, SoftDev traceability and technology positioning.
